Management & Procurement Only
With a Management & Procurement Only contract, Rock Solid Restaurant Group will provide onsite management personnel to oversee your food service department. This may include a Food Service Director, Chef Manager, and Food Service/Restaurant managers. Rock Solid Restaurant Group is responsible for all wages, taxes, and benefits associated with these employees. We agree to abide by your pre-employment requirements and policies such as background checks and physicals. These highly qualified personnel manage the day‐to‐day operations of your foodservice department and oversee hourly kitchen staff. Under this type of contract, the client remains responsible for hiring all hourly employees like diet aides, utility workers, servers, cooks, and the wages, taxes, and benefits. Rock Solid Restaurant Group is also responsible for ordering and maintaining all raw food ingredients and creating enjoyable and nutritional menus.
Full Service
With a Full‐Service contract, Rock Solid Restaurant Group provides onsite management personnel and all hourly employees. It is a complete outsourcing of your food services program; Management roles often include a Food Service Director, Chef Manager, and Food Service/Restaurant managers. These roles oversee your hourly kitchen staff including, utility workers, servers, and cooks. Rock Solid Restaurant Group is responsible for all wages, taxes, and benefits associated with these employees. We agree to abide by your pre‐employment requirements and policies such as background checks and physicals.
