We own and operate five subway franchises in the norther Virginia market. As one
of the world’s largest quick service restaurant brands. Subway is commited to
delivering the best guest experience possible in their local communities.
Portions
“PORTIONS” Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service restaurant & bar. The
restaurant will feature live entertainment several times a
week. “PORTIONS Reserve” will feature a private members order
Club/Cigar lounge offering high-end spirits and wines.
The restaurant will feature a menu influenced by Southern flavors. Often
seen as “comfort food,” Southern food is a massive category that
encompasses all kinds of mouthwatering dishes. The bar will feature
many hand-crafted notable southern beverages like sweet tea and
lemonade made as a refreshing cocktail or served as a virgin drink. The
restaurant will offer a full bar drink menu featuring specialty drinks, craft
beers, and an extensive wine list.
Palate Kitchen & Wine Bar
PALATE KITCHEN & WINE BAR will offer a unique
infusion of modern, farm-to-table cuisine, with a focus
on quality and sustainability. This will be a chef-driven
refined dining environment that provides a relaxed
atmosphere where you can enjoy the best products
from local farmers, winemakers, and producers. We will
take pride in sourcing only the highest quality
ingredients, and our wine is sommelier experienced-
sourced and with many organic options. Our
commitment to sustainability extends to our cocktails,
which are made to order using only natural ingredients
and without refined sugar or syrup.
